The Walker's Razor Patriot Electronic Earmuffs feature a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 23 dB, and utilized sound activated compression (SAC) of 0.02 seconds. SAC is a special electronic circuitry that will compress gun shots and other loud noises down to a safe level, without completely shutting the noise off. This allows you to hear range commands or communicate with your hunting partners, even when shots are being fired around you.

Sound Amplification
Razor Patriot Ear Muffs amplify safe sounds using two hi-gain microphones to provide clear omni-directional hearing. The low end frequencies are enhanced to produce accurate, natural sound. You'll be able to hear better with these earmuffs on than you could with just your ears alone. But when a blast noise occurs, amplification is shut off and sound is compressed, quickly, with a slim 0.02 attack time.
Rugged Design
Razor Patriot features a rugged design with a rubberized coating, helping to prevent damage to the interior electronics. The housing is made from a sound dampening composite, cutting down on noise transfer when the earmuffs are touched. The headband is a padded metal wire frame, which is both comfortable and durable. The earmuffs can be folded into a compact little ball, making it easy to store and transport them.
Easy-to-use Controls
The controls are simple. These muffs have a volume control knob on the outside that is slightly recessed - a perfect balance between providing easy-to-use controls, and preventing accidental volume adjustments. The battery door also opens from the exterior.
